I was listening to an interview with the guys that created Crumbl Cookies. They were asked if there was a cookie flavor that just didn’t work. They quickly responded that the everything but the bagel cookie was a bust. Like a light bulb going on, I decided I could make it.
Instead of trying to figure out how to make it with the actual seasoning; I decided I would try to duplicate textures as well as the flavors. So the onion/garlic became coconut shreds. I wanted a little flavor that your mind would have to thin about, so I added tahini. The chocolate was just a fun addition. The salt is optional but I think it is the perfect finish.
What other flavors of cookie should I try to make?
Everything "Bagel" Cookies
I took out the onion and garlic and added coconut, for texture, and semi-sweet chocolate for richness.
