Homemade Chicken Fingers

Chicken Fingers, homemade!

When my kids were little I really wanted to make everything homemade. Even when I used some processed ingredients, I still felt better making their food from scratch. These chicken fingers became one of the most requested. The Ritz crackers add a sweetness and the garlic salt adds the tang. I like to serve with ranch dressing or honey mustard.
