Servings: 4 kid sized servings

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Chicken Breasts or precut chicken tenders
  • 1 sleeve Ritz Crackers, about 25, crushed
  • 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 2 Lg. Eggs
  • 3 tsp. Garlic Salt, divided into 2/1 tsp.
  • 3 tsp. Ground White Pepper, divided into 2/1 tsp.

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
Place out your dredge station, in shallow bowls. First is the all-purpose flour. Season it with garlic salt and white pepper.
Second is two eggs, lightly beaten.
Third is the crushed ritz crackers, season with garlic salt and white pepper
  • If using, cut each chicken breast into strips. Pat strips dry.
Dip each strip into flower, then egg, then crackers.
Place strips onto parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until internal temp is 165°.
  • Serve while hot with desire dipping sauce. I like ranch or honey mustard dressing.
