Apple Cake.

Apple Honey Upside Down Cake

This recipe was very popular at our family’s holidays dinner. I adapted a recipe from Jake Cohen’s cookbook, Jew-ish. I removed the caramel and simply did honey. I also changed how I sliced the apples, using a mandolin, and made a marscapone with honey topping. I hope you enjoy my changes. • 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1 container Marscapone Cheese, at room temperature

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
