S'Mores Cookies
All the feels of s'mores in a lot less messy, cookie.

- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, at room temperature
- 3/4 cup Golden Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup White Granulated Sugar
- 1 large Egg
- 1 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 3/4 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Graham Cracker cereal Finely ground
- 2 cups Mini Marshmallows cut in half
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips unwrapped.
Preheat oven to 350°Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.Cream together butter and both sugars. Add egg and vanilla and blend until combined. In a separate bowl, whisk together all the dry ingredients. Blend dry mixture into butter mixture, until a workable dough forms. Do not over work.Add in cereal, marshmallows and chocolate chips. Scoop 1-inch balls onto baking sheet.Bake cookies for 10-12 minutes, until top is ust golden brown. let cool for at least 5 minutes then serve.
