Beer Bread
This is the easiest bread to make. The beer acts as the yeast. If you want it even fluffier, let it rise for 45 minutes, in pan.

- 3 cups Self-rising Flour
- 1 12-oz Can Warm Beer
- 3 tsp. White Granulated Sugar
- 1 Tbs. Melted Butter
Preheat oven to 350°Grease a loaf pan well. Whisk together, flour and sugar.Pour in beer and stir until all moistened.Baste top of loaf with melted butter.Bake for 45-55 minutes.Remove from pan, and let sit for 15 minutes before slicing.
