  • OK S’mores Babka! Do I really need to say anything else? Both Babka and S’mores are having a moment. So when I saw that the feed and Ghirardelli we’re teaming up to get the best S’mores I knew I had to combine the two. I started by melting Ghirardelli Squares Milk Chocolate Fudge Caramels over a double boiler. This is when you really can’t do in the microwave. It really needs to be tended to. This was my chocolate layer of filling. Then I dusted the roles our babka with some graham cracker crumbs and threw on some mini marshmallows. And I started my roll. After everything was rolled and cut and twisted, I made my streusel. For this instead of using flour I used more graham cracker crumbs, butter and brown sugar. And into the oven it went. Let me see the smell in my house was heavenly. After the babka was out of the oven and had cooled I sprinkled more marshmallows over the top and use my kitchen torch to give them a little toast. I think this is now the only way to eat S’mores or Babka. The recipe will be in my link in profile. I added more eggs, switched out the water for cream, used pancetta instead of bacon and used @melissaproduce hatch chiles, that we’re roasted. Goal achieved!!!!
