1can tomato paste
1/4cupapple cider vinegar
1/4cuppacked brown sugar
1/4cuphoney
2Tbs.Worcestershire sauce
1/2tsp.onion powder
1/2tsp.garlic powder
1/2tsp.kosher salt
1Tbs.Smoked Paprika
2fresh peachespeeled and chopped
1/2cuppeach preserves
Instructions
Combine tomato sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, honey, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, smoked paprika and chopped peaches in a medium saucepan set over medium heat.Bring to a low boil and then cook until thick and coats the back of a spoon, about 10 minutes.Stir in peach preserves. Remove from heat.Use an immersion blender to smooth to desired consistency. I like it with a little texture.
