- 4 oz. Pitted Kalamata Olives
- 2 oz. Sun-dried Tomatoes. packed in oil
- 2 Lg. Garlic Cloves
Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor or a high power blender.Pulse until desired consistency. I like it with a little texture but smooth is good.Serve with toasted crostini, crackers or crudite.
