Onion Rings are so delicious. But these baked ones don't lose any of the flavor and are little healthier.

2Lg.Egg Whites
2Tbs.Whole Milk
3cupsPanko Bread Crumbs
1/4tsp.Cayenne Pepper
1/4tsp. Garlic Powder
1/4tsp.Onion Powder
1/2tsp.Kosher Salt
1/2cupAll-purpose Flour
1Large Sweet Yellow Onion
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 450° Spray a large rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.

Toss a few onion slices in milk mixture with tongs until coated. Lift up so excess liquid drips back into the bowl, Then place into panko and shake the bowl until rings are coated. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and repeat with remaining onions. Drizzle onion rings with olive oil.
Bake in the preheated oven until onions are tender and crumbs are light golden brown. About 12-15 minutes. I turn them over about halfway through.
